Dineshrie Pillay is a dynamic and confident coach. I was inspired by her passion and energetic personality. Flags of Change was relevant and inspiring. In spite of desparate challenges in life, the power lies within each of us, to push forward and reach our aaspirations.

If we drean it, we can do it. We have only one shot at life, we need to bring our 'A' game to everything we do.

Thank you for your enlightening talk last week. I am in a place in my life where I need to make certain changes to advance to the next step in my career whilst at the same time preparing to be a mother for the first time. Your talk has helped me greatly in identifying and understanding the changes to be made as well as provided me with the empowerment to make those changes. With the help of your book as well as the online course, I am sure I will be able to grow and achieve my goals!

Dineshrie played the role of MC for the 2012 CIMA Annual Gala Dinner event and took charge of the agenda and natural sequence of event speakers.  She was well prepared and planned the evening’s programme in such a way that the audience did not become jaded with lengthy speeches. In one instance a speaker did not prepare sufficiently and Dineshrie, having background available on all the special guests honoured that evening, was able to quickly elucidate the subject with the speaker.  Her preparedness ensured that the audience did not notice the glitch.
She entertained the crowd with thought provoking fillers in-between guest speeches that ensured a seamless handover from one speaker to the next. Thank you Dineshrie for the professional manner in which you take on all challenges and opportunities that come your way.

“The CIMA Graduation address by Dineshrie Pillay was highly informative and relevant. It addressed the need for young CIMA graduates to appreciate the idea that it is no longer sufficient to rely solely on one’s academic credentials in building one’s career in today’s fast moving and competitive environment. CIMA graduates need to understand that the CIMA qualification only lays a solid foundation for one’s career and the real work of gaining practical experience and building one’s career lies in each individuals hands and requires continuous effort and dedication.
The address definitely inspired me and has helped me to plan my career going forward.”

“Dineshrie was an excellent MC. She was very professional and gave very valuable input into the programme and the running order of the day. She also did her own research and provided appropriate material to complement the programme. She was flexible and coped well with any last minute changes we had on the day.”

“As an event chair, Dineshrie was extremely thorough and well prepared. She went out of her way to assist in ensuring that all the audiovisual elements, agenda timelines and other event proceedings were adequately assembled and prepared. In addition, Dineshrie took the time to add her own personal touch to the event which was well received by our audience of almost 200 Chartered Accountants.
Her professional and calm demeanor, combined with her warm approach helped to add that extra special touch which was just what we needed from an MC.
